The living and dining room offers a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation and sharing moments together, with easy access to the rest of the house.
On the ground floor, there is an en-suite bedroom with a double bed, ensuring comfort and privacy.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, complemented by an additional bathroom.
On the lower floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed, perfect for those seeking more independence.
The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary functionality for preparing family meals, maintaining a practical and welcoming environment.
Outside, the pleasant patio with garden furniture invites you to enjoy al fresco dining, surrounded by the condominium's green areas.
The house also features a spacious games room on the lower floor, ideal for fun times.
Guests have access to the Oasis Parque leisure center, with an indoor pool, jacuzzi, large outdoor pools, and a café, creating a perfect environment for rest. In a quiet and convenient location, Townhouse Moreton is close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the region's beautiful beaches, offering a practical and memorable stay. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered.
For your convenience, food hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance. Pool access cards have an additional cost of €5 per person, per day, for the 7th to 10th person. We recommend renting a car, considering the property's location, and we would be happy to assist with the booking if you wish.
We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group deposit: €200 per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 8 guests.
An additional charge will apply for the 9th to 10th guest, which includes an extra bed.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may be applicable.

Townhouse Moreton was just perfect for our holiday. It felt welcoming from the start and had a lovely atmosphere throughout. Everything was spotless and easy to settle into. The staff were attentive and always ready to help when needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere throughout the whole property. The space was comfortable and ideal for spending quality time together, and the location made it easy to reach nearby restaurants and beaches.
