On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom en suite with a shower, a twin bedroom en suite with a shower, and a guest bathroom.
On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, both en suite with a shower, ensuring privacy and comfort.
In the attic, there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, perfect for guests who appreciate a more private space.
On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower, ideal for children or larger groups.
The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for preparing family meals, and the exterior features a heated pool (additional cost), surrounded by gardens and a barbecue area perfect for al fresco dining.
The villa also boasts a games room with billiards, table tennis, foosball, and a cinema room, ensuring fun for all ages.
With a prime location in São Rafael, close to stunning beaches and excellent restaurants, Villa Manihi is the perfect getaway for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.
The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, we kindly ask you to send us an inquiry before making a reservation to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered.
For your convenience, grocery hampers can be booked (additional cost) in advance.
Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when traveling with children.
With the pool heating turned on, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if you require them.
Group deposit: €250 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 14 guests.
From the 15th to the 20th guest, an additional charge will apply, which includes an extra bed.
