The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This is a self-catered property.
For your convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, should you be interested, we would be happy to assist with booking one.
We can also arrange transfers if you require them.

Villa Martinica gave us the best of both worlds, a peaceful countryside feel and quick access to Albufeira and Salgados beach. The villa itself is very well kept, and the layout works really well for familiescouples travelling together. The pool area was our favourite spot, surrounded by greenery and very private. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.
