Luxury One Bed Split-Level Cottage

Grade 1 listed semi-detached cottage is located where the Mourne mountains sweep down to the shores of Carlingford Lough in the picturesque village of Rostrevor, across the road from the glorious Kilbroney Park and Fairy Glen, and around the corner from the village shops, cafes and pubs, a newly refurbished cottage retaining traditional character but modified within to create a spacious open-plan layout, the perfect choice for a get away, an ideal home away from home.

Linen, towels, toiletries and hair-dryer are all included to make your stay more comfortable.

We are following our enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights for your reassurance which are in place before and after we have had visitors use our holiday home:

- Sanitise high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
- Use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear
protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
- Clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
- Provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
- Comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- There is off-road parking available at the property for a maximum of one vehicle.
- The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, cooker, fridge, kettle and toaster.
- On account of the spiral stair case the property is not suitable for children.
- Unfortunately we cannot provide wheelchair access on account of the stone steps to the front of the cottage.
