Information about the host
As guest rooms we offer you three double rooms with shower/WC and two double rooms with shower on the floor, as well as a vacation apartment. From our farm you can enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the alpine chain of the Chiemgau mountains as well as the quiet secluded location with only a few minutes walk to the center of the village. The nature with us has not been stingy with its charms and presents itself for you to the fullest: Walks in the valley through forests and meadows, impressive alpine hikes and mountain tours with magnificent panoramic views, a refreshing rest at small streams or for swimming at the Tüttensee or Chiemsee. The central location is also ideal for excursions to Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, Kitzbühel, Munich, the Großglockner or even a boat trip across Lake Chiemsee to Herrenchiemsee Castle or the idyllic island of Frauenchiemsee.

The above prices are subject to a spa tax of EUR 1.00 per person/night for persons over the age of 16 EUR 0.50 per person/night for children from the age of 6 to the age of 16. Children up to the age of six are free of charge. Holders of a severely disabled pass with a degree of disability of 80 out of 100 and their necessary accompanying persons are also exempt from spa fees.

Arrival Description
A 8 Munich - Salzburg, exit 109 Grabenstätt. At the exit drive in the direction of Grabenstätt and in the village after the bakery and Edeka turn right into Erlstätter Straße. At the bus stop turn right into Hochfellnstraße. Follow this road until you reach a gravel road. After about 50 m, after a sharp right turn, this road leads to our farm.

Description of the accommodation
The guest room is well equipped, has TV and direct access to the balcony with a magnificent mountain view. For a family this room is very suitable in combination with room No. 2 - shower/WC are only for these two rooms.
