We offer a lovely country style furnished vacation apartment (53 sqm) in sunny location, on the banks of the Urschlauer Ache.The kitchen is fully equipped. A sunbathing lawn directly on the stream invites you to linger and relax. A large parking lot is located directly at the house. A barbecue area is available. Starting point for cycling and hiking tours. In winter you can reach the Unternberg ski lifts in just a few minutes by car. WLAN available.
Your advantage: We are a partner company of the Chiemgau Card On your arrival you will receive the Chiemgau Card, with which you can enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you have access to mountain railways, ski lifts and adventure pools as well as various museums and guided hikes. You can also hire bikes free of charge and use public transport such as the regional buses and the Bavarian regional railway between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. So you can experience the region to the full and at the same time be surprised by the many free offers. We will be happy to send you further information and the detailed terms of use on request.

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax applicable during your stay. This is 2.90 Euro per adult (aged 16 and over) per night and 1.70 Euro per child aged 6-15 per night. No tourist tax is charged for children aged 0 - 5 years.

Es war ein sehr schöner, erholsamer Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet.Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit vielen Tipps für Unternehmungen versorgt.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns sogar darauf hingewiesen, dass man einen besseren Preis bezahlt, wenn man bei ihr direkt anruft und nicht über ein Buchungsportal sich anmeldet. Die Wohnung war auch sehr schön und hübsch eingerichtet. Daa Haus liegt ungefähr 20-30 Gehminuten vom Zentrum Ruhpolding entfernt.
