La Closerie D'Escalin: Situated in the remains of the courtyard of the Château d'Escalin. A village house with a white stone facade, behind a porch hides a garden... a breathtaking view over the region, a postcard landscape with the Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail in the background.

This holiday home has a capacity of 12 people. Everything is here for a holiday with friends or family.

On passing the stone porch, you will find the parking area for your vehicles. Behind the gate is the house's garden and terraces.

An entrance hall with separate toilet. In a row, the recently installed fitted kitchen. And the spacious dining room. All these rooms open onto the terrace and garden. The dining room benefits from a south-facing terrace as a pleasant alcove in all seasons.

The "Guêpier" bedroom: 160 x 200 cm bed, table, 2 stools and 1 chest of drawers.

The "Linette" bedroom or dormitory has 4 90 x 200 cm beds. A perfect room for children. This room has a spacious terrace

Please note that if you do not hire bed linen, it is imperative that you make a note of the dimensions of the different beds 4 beds 160x 200 and not 160x 190 and 4 single beds 90x200 and not 90x 190.

Cushes 60x60. Cleaning of bedding, pillows and/or duvets due to non-use of suitable bed linen will be deducted from the deposit.

Take advantage of a stay in the gite to go golfing at La Drôme Provençale in Clansayes (5 km away), or go hiking, cycling or mountain biking on the paths and roads of the Drôme. You can also explore Mont Ventoux on foot, by bike or motorbike, and don't forget your toboggan in winter...

For food lovers, book a weekend to visit the truffle market in Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux from mid-December to mid-March, on the Place de l'Esplan



Please note that the jacuzzi is not a swimming pool, and is a fragile piece of equipment. We must point out that when you leave, if the water in the jacuzzi is dirty and needs to be changed, you will be charged for refilling it.


We must point out that the fireplaces are closed. It is forbidden to make fires.

Possibility of a late departure out of season (from September to June) at 3pm at the latest for a supplement of 99€. Please let us know when booking.

Parking is only permitted in front of the "CLOSERIE D'ESCALIN" signs. No more than 4 or 5 cars. Beyond that, public car parks are located 5 minutes' walk away.
