This villa for 8 people is for rent in l'Escala and has an excellent location. It is 400 metres from the historic centre of l'Escala with a wide variety of shops and 700 metres from the Playa de las Barcas beach and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is 300 metres away. Riells beach is only 600 metres away.
The accommodation is distributed over 3 floors and has a fenced garden with private swimming pool, outdoor dining area with barbecue and sun loungers.
The living-dining room has air conditioning, TV (HDMI connection only), WiFi.
The kitchen is separate, fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware, has a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven.
This accommodation has 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double bed (180 cm) each, one bedroom with double bed (150 cm) and one bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). All beds are provided with bed linen, duvets or blankets and pillows.

A beautiful holiday home that is very well equipped . Inside and outside space and design beautiful . Best equipped villa we have ever stayed in . The Agency are at hand at all times , a small problem resolved with speed . We will use thus agency for total peace if mind again

The house in genereal has plenty of room. The house was very clean en the beds were done.
Upon arrival few minor things but K3 has solved the problems in no time. Great service.
