THE APARTMENT
Cozy and bright studio in Barrio de Las Letras quartier in Madrid and a few minutes walk from the famous Puerta del Sol. It has a double bed and a double sofa bed, a bathroom and kitchen. It is located a few minutes from all the main Madrid tourist attractions, it is surrounded by many restaurants and Spanish bars as well.It is perfect to enjoy Madrid as a couple or as a family, the location is perfect to visit all the points of interest such museums, restaurants, theaters ...
During the stay you have access to the entire house, you will enjoy the entire apartment. You can use the kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The apartment is offered with bedding and towels.The studio is recently renovated, so it has all the advantages of a modern and well equipped home. The Charming Huertas is located in the best area of Madrid! You can go to all the main attractions walking, without having to take any means of transport. Plaza Santa Ana is a couple of minutes away, and Puerta del Sol is about 5 minutes away.
The Barrio de Las Letras, where the apartment is located, is a quiet area with car traffic restricted only to the owners of the area. It is a fascinating area where numerous restaurants and terraces offer numerous tapas and drinks.
The Prado Museum is just 10 minutes walk away, the Gran Vía another 10 minutes... you will be in the center of everything! In fact, for many people from Madrid, the Barrio de las Letras would be an ideal place to live.

-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.
