Breathtaking and cozy apartment in Madrid city center close to a metro station and public transports with 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 comfortable convertible sofa bed, 1 fully equipped bathroom, it is suitable up to 5 guest. Fully refurbished and renovated with the highest standards. Smart TV, Air conditioning and heating. Kitchen fully equipped, 15 min walk from famous Gran Via, 10 min walk from puerta del sol y Plaza Mayor, Every main attraction is just a walking distance from the apartment.
The house includes, among others
- Heating- Air conditioning- Wifi- Kitchen fully equipped- Washing machine- Natural light- Intercom- Hangers in closets- Bed linen and 2 towels per guest
You can use the entire department. You can use the kitchen and everything you'll find in it.
THE AREA
Barrio de las Letras is a vibrant neighborhood, full of lively and local restaurants and bars. and every main attraction in Madrid is just a few steps from the apartment. There are some really great places to eat around and we would be happy to give recommendations. Madrid has much to offer and the equally vibrant barrios of Malasaña, La Latina, Conde Duque, Gran Via and Opera are all within walking distance.

Also Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Prado Museum, Reina Sofia, Palacio Real... the most recommended sites to discover the city are with walking distance.
THE FINE PRINT
-Arrivals from 20h up to 00h have to pay a supplement of 25€.
-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.
