The flat is located near the old town of Villefranche sur Mer, in a well-kept and secure residence that has a private car park and a communal pool with park.
The 30m² studio is fully equipped and furnished. You will sleep in a comfortable double bed (2m x 1.40m). The accommodation has facilities such as a washing machine, plenty of crockery and cutlery, TV, WiFi, patio furniture, towels, toaster, kettle, table, clean bed linen, etc. If you are travelling with a child, an extra bed will be provided. The landlord will also be happy to provide you with a Nespresso machine (with capsules).
The studio flat has a terrace with garden furniture and a garden (both together approx. 40m²). From the terrace you have a unique panorama over the Cap Ferrat peninsula and the bay of Villefranche sur Mer as well as the old town. The complex has a security guard, a communal pool (which is never overcrowded even in summer), a private car park and a Mediterranean park. The entire complex, including the pool and park, is floodlit at night (in case anyone wants to swim a few laps late in the evening). Although the pool is not heated, it can be used from the end of May to the end of September. However, it is open all year round for those who simply want to relax and unwind by the pool in the sun.

There is a bus stop directly in front of the residence with excellent connections to Nice, Cap Ferrat, Menton, Eze and Monaco (bus lines 100 and 81 every 10 to 15 minutes). So you can easily explore the whole of the Cote d'Azur from here without a car. If you prefer to travel by car, a private car park is available. The train station is approx. 10 minutes away on foot. From there you can get to Ventimiglia, Cannes, St Tropez, Marseilles.
