This holiday home is located in a quiet residential area on a street with little traffic.
The house was built in 2014. The existing WLAN can be used free of charge in all rooms. Reversible air conditioning is installed in all rooms except the kitchen. This can be used for both air conditioning and heating. There is also an integrated hoover system in the house. From the holiday home you have a beautiful view of the Serra de Monchique, a mountain range in the west of the Algarve.
In the 140 m² basement you will find a garage in which up to five vehicles can be parked as well as a room that can be used as a bedroom. Here you will find a 160 cm wide bed with bedside tables and wardrobe. The living room with a dining area is located on the 100 m² ground floor of the holiday home. The living area has a large leather sofa as well as a 140 cm wide flat-screen TV and a DVD player. A dining table seats up to eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, a large fridge with freezer compartment and plenty of utensils for eight people, such as a coffee machine, toaster, pots and pans. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed. A second bedroom is furnished with two 90 cm wide single beds. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes. There are three bathrooms, each with a shower and WC. A hairdryer is also available. There is also a separate guest WC.
From the bedroom with a large bed (160 cm) on the first floor, you have access to an unfurnished terrace. There is also a second terrace without garden furniture on the first floor. There is a roof terrace on the second floor. There is a solar system here. There are three designer sun loungers and three PVC sun loungers by the private pool. Relax on the terrace with garden furniture: there is a garden table with six chairs, a garden sofa with three seats, two outdoor armchairs and a small table. The pool is surrounded by a small garden. A barbecue is available for relaxed barbecue evenings after a day by the pool. The property is fenced and therefore ideal for children.
Bread and rolls can be bought on foot in the morning. Further shopping facilities are located approx. 600 metres from the holiday home: you will find a large shopping centre, boutiques and supermarkets such as Jumbo. The Praia da Rocha beach is approx. 1.5 kilometres from the holiday home and can be reached via steps or a ramp. This makes it easier to access with a pushchair, for example. The centre and harbour of Portimao with restaurants, cafés and bars is approx. 800 metres away. The large, covered weekly market, which takes place every day between 8 am and 2 pm, is also approx. 800 metres from the holiday home. There is a discotheque about one kilometre away, and the house is not suitable for groups who like to party. When booking, the age of the fellow travellers must be stated."
