This tastefully and comfortably furnished villa, with a heated pool, is tucked away in the quiet and private villa neighbourhood of Sesmarias, also known as Sesmarias Country Club, in the Carvoeiro area. It is located just a few kilometres west of Carvoeiro, close to several smaller beaches and the long beach of Ferragudo. The Gramacho and Pinta golf courses are also nearby. From this holiday home you have a magnificent view over the hills west of Portimão and the Monchique mountains to the north.

The villa is fully furnished in a modern classic style and is suitable for six adults and three children. With a living area of approx. 230 m², it offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a very fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are spread over two floors.

The large living room with the open dining room is furnished in warm colours. From here you have a view of the pool. The holiday home has wireless Wi-Fi internet. Almost all Dutch, Belgian, German and English channels can be received on the TV. There is also a radio and a CD and DVD player. The kitchen and dining room, equipped with all modern appliances, are connected to the covered terrace by large sliding doors. This is furnished with a large dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a four-ring hob, a microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room.

On the ground floor is the master bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful view. The bedroom has a king-size double bed, 180 x 200 cm. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, two washbasins, a mirror, shelving, a toilet and a window. The other bedrooms two and three have single beds, each 90 x 200 cm, and are suitable for two people each. The second bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin, mirror, toilet and window. The fourth bedroom, for the children, is located on the first floor and is furnished with bunk beds, each 80 x 190 cm. There are also three cots that could be added. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The third bathroom on the upper floor has a bathtub, two washbasins with vanity unit and mirror, a toilet and a window. Bed linen is changed once a week, towels twice a week. Tiled floors keep the villa cool in the warm summer months. When it gets colder, the house can be heated with central heating and an open fireplace.

Through the driveway, paved in Portuguese style, you reach the villa and the beautiful garden all around. A small playground with a swing, slide and climbing frame, as well as the heated pool, measuring 9 x 5 metres and 1.50 metres deep, are located at the rear of the building. There is also a large terrace that extends across the entire width of the house. From here you have views of the countryside and the sea on the horizon. There are three seating areas on the terrace where you can relax. One seating area consists of a comfortable bench with a table. There are also sun loungers and a barbecue. It is also possible to make a children's bath from the outdoor shower, with an area of approx. 2.5 m² and a depth of 30 cm.

The villa has wireless WiFi internet access, which you can use free of charge, and a safe. A cleaning lady comes max. three times a week. The pool and garden are regularly maintained and cleaned. Other facilities for children are available, such as a cot, high chair, toys etc. This villa also has a garage which you can use as a car park or storage space free of charge during your stay. Furthermore, two vehicles can be parked on the property itself and there is a parking lane in front of the property on the access road. The property is fully fenced and can be locked. It is possible to bring a pet with you, subject to prior enquiry and confirmation.

You can enjoy the following activities here: fishing, surfing, water skiing, diving, cycling, golf, horse riding, sailing, swimming, tennis, hiking, etc. The town of Ferragudo, with a selection of shops, restaurants and cafés, and the beautiful beach of Caneiros are only a few kilometres away. The nearest town is Carvoeiro, approx. 3500m and Ferragudo, approx. 5000m. The nearest beach is in Caneiros, approx. 3700 m, the nearest supermarket is approx. 600 m away, the nearest restaurants approx. 800 m and the airport of Faro approx. 60 km.
