Villa 9p wellness A path will take you to the edge of the forest where you will find the old farmhouse. Set in the heart of the countryside, you are surrounded only by meadows and nature. Peace and quiet reign supreme. An ideal location for walkers. It's easy to find amenities in the centre of the neighbouring village, 7 km from the villa. The towns of Vielsalm, Trois Ponts, Stavelot and Spa-Francorchamps offer a multitude of choices for everyone, all just a few minutes away.
The outside layout is the house's strong point, judge for yourself: a south-facing terrace hidden in the heart of the fields, a private heated swimming pool from 1 May to 1 October, a jacuzzi accessible all year round, a pétanque court, garden furniture of course and a charcoal BBQ... all with a view of nature!
The old farmhouse, set in the heart of nature, is a cosy corner of paradise with the feel of a mountain chalet.
On the ground floor, you'll find a dining room overlooking the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a pellet stove and a laundry room. On the same level, you'll also find the sauna, 2 bathrooms (shower, washbasin, toilet) and a family bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed) overlooking the garden.
First floor: four further bedrooms (4 single beds, 2 double beds). One of the bedrooms has access to the balcony, a veritable green roof.
Quiet, rural setting with no nearby neighbours. The old farmhouse is off-centre from the village and can be reached via an unsurfaced path running alongside fields and woods.
First shops 5 km away. Numerous walks available.
Swimming pool open from 1 May to 1 October. Jacuzzi and sauna available all year round.
Youth groups and parties not permitted.

Alles wat we wenste was er aanwezig en het weer viel ook mee.
De houten vloer aan het zwembad was wat minder omdat die naast de berging wat ongelijk was en voor de kinderen wat onwennig.

Fijn gezellig huis ,,zeker met de sauna en Jacuzzi erbij !!!! Heel proper en volledig in orde ,,,we vonden de leefruimte en zeker de badkamers te klein voor 10 pers.... De keuken vertoont wel gebruikschade ,
