This 3-bedroom duplex flat, managed by Central Hill Apartments, is located close to two of Lisbon's most central squares - Rossio and Restauradores, in the city centre. This is the perfect place to stay, as you'll be within walking distance of all the main attractions and places to visit in the centre of Lisbon, such as Rossio, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Príncipe Real, Avenida da Liberdade, Castelo de São Jorge and the picturesque neighbourhood called Alfama.
The 100 square metre duplex flat located on the 5th floor of a building without a lift, has 3 bedrooms, a living and dining room, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and plenty of sunlight. Two of the bedrooms also have a balcony with a fantastic view of São Jorge Castle.

Note(s): On the lower floor are Bedrooms #1 and #2, the living room, one of the bathrooms and the kitchen. The second bathroom and Bedroom #3 are on the upper floor.
Room preparation
- The flat will only be prepared for the number of people selected when booking
- The upper beds will be prepared first, followed by the drawer beds and sofa beds.
- Separate beds will be prepared for each guest until the total number of beds is reached, after which we will consider 2 people in the double beds.
Important information
- This flat is located in a very sensitive building where rules must be followed at all times and neighbours respected.
- No noise or loud music is allowed during the day and total silence at night (from 10pm).
- Parties, smoking or loud speakers are strictly forbidden.
- Air conditioning or central heating not provided (portable heaters and portable fans provided)
- Due to its central location in the tourist area you should expect some outside noise.

- On the day of your check-out, just make sure that you leave the flat by 11:00. Failure to leave the flat before 11:00 will result in fines.
- It is not possible to store luggage in the flat after check-out. Luggage collection service available (contact for more information)
- Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to withhold the access code until all necessary procedures have been completed by guests.
- In exceptional circumstances, an in-person check-in may be required, which, if carried out after 20:00, will incur a late check-in fee of 30 euros. To avoid last-minute complications, we strongly recommend completing all procedures in advance.
Extra Guests
No more guests than those selected in your booking are permitted. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee (25€ per person per night) may apply - please contact us for authorisation and confirmation of the extra guest fee.

Appartamento come da descrizione . Noi eravamo in 6 , spazi non ampi ma più che giusti . Ci siamo trovati molto bene a parte un po’ di rumore notturno . Host disponibile e gentile . Abbiamo dimenticato delle cose nell’andar via ma subito siamo stati ricontattati per poterle recuperare . Consigliato !

In general was a good staying, a great location, is a apartment without a lift, although the part we don’t like is that We killed a lot of cockroaches and we found some dirty sheets. The checkout is extremely punctual at 11am not another minute, they are ringing the doorbell.

Overall the apartment was exactly like described. Great location. The only real issue was the hot water did not last and had to wait a while to get in apartment. We called 30 minutes before we arrived but we waited an extra 45 min to be let in by host.
