What a view! In the morning with a cup of coffee and a croissant, in the afternoon with an exciting book or in the evening with a glass of wine .....
The beautiful view is always present! The apartment Catala 40 is situated on the mountainside just behind the centre of the cosy village of L'Estartit.
You can walk to the centre, but returning to the flat is a big climb.
Fortunately, the flat has its own parking space.
So the car is never far away. Catala 40 consists of a living room with a fireplace, fantastic sea view and a small balcony, nice kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with a bunk bed).
Aire conditioning only in the hall way.
Both bedrooms have access to the bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower.
A staircase leads up to the terrace.
Again, of course, there is an incredible view.
This terrace with sofas and dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail or a delicious dinner. Additional information: Layout bedrooms: Bedroom 1) 1 x double bed 135 x 185 Bedroom 2) 1 x bunk bed ( 2x 90 x 190) Pets: Pets are not allowed Heating: No heating

Appartement met zeer mooi uitzicht op de haven en het strand veel trappen om aan het appartement te komen verder was alles perfect. mooie omgeving met veel restaurants.
Op de advertentie stond dat er geen wifi was maar er was wel wifi top! wat meer schaduw op het terras bovenaan had welkom geweest maar we zijn hëél tevreden hoor !!

Wunderschöner Blick von der Dachterasse, allerdings ein sehr steiler Berg . Aber ansonsten sehr schnell alles zu Fuß zu erreichen . Sparmarkt, Shopping und natürlich Strand. Kommunikation war ebenfalls super easy. Kleine Ergänzung: Die Wohnung bzw. das Wohnzimmer sieht auf den Bilder etwas größer aus , als es tatsächlich ist .
