Quiet place, beautiful views of the river and walking distance to everything. Has its own washing machine and has some amenities to be comfy and feel like home.It doesn’t have a coffee machine and drawers to store clothes

I love the Cocoa Suites. Small but perfectly formed as they say. Go out the front door and it is an easy stroll to work, out the back and you are moments from the middle of stunning York. If I was to make a suggestion or two... perhaps a drawer to put stuff in and some thing to stop the pillows disappearing down the back of the bed. Still love it and would go back in a heartbeat.
