3 Bedrooms – Sleeps 6. Bedroom 1 is a double room with en-suite bathroom and is located on ground floor. Bedroom 2 and 3 are located upstairs and are made up of a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, and both rooms offer wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Also, upstairs is a family bathroom with WC, hand basin and bath with overhead shower. The Kitchen, dining and living areas are all on ground floor level and are finished to a very high level. The open plan style of living has been tastefully decorated with the very best of fittings and furniture. The wood burning stove, Multi-channel tv, dvd player and comfortable seating will offer the most relaxing of evenings. One of the sofas can also be used as a spare child’s bed if necessary. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment including microwave, kettle, toaster, electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge with icebox freezer. Laundry facilities are nestled beneath the stairs and accessible from the hall way and include washing machine and dryer. Oil fired central heating downstairs and electric heating upstairs in the property. Own patio and outdoor seating. Towels and Linens are provided. Electricity included from 1 June to 30 September.
