Villa Cecilia is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa in a perfect location with excellent sea views, particularly from the first floor and terrace. It has a maximum capacity of 6 adults + 2 children (using 2 extra single beds).

It is just a short walk from Albufeira's "Old" Town Centre (approximately 20 minutes, or about 1.5 km) making this the perfect location for a family stay without the use of a car.


The entrance hall has a charming stone ceiling giving the villa a majestic feel.


The living room/dining room separated by two steps has comfortable sofas, a fireplace, flat screen TV, dining table and chairs and air conditioning. Patio doors lead out to the pool area and gardens.


The bright kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, electric hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all the pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery needed for a self-catering stay.


There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, a large fridge with freezer, iron and ironing board.


There is also a spacious bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom (which has a bath with shower).


A guest bathroom completes the ground floor.


On the first floor there is a bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds. The bedroom also has large built-in wardrobes, air conditioning and a private balcony with sea views.


The master bedroom has a double bed. The room has air conditioning and a large en suite bathroom. The private balcony has a table and chairs where you can sit and admire the seductive sea views.


For entertainment, the lower ground floor is a great games room with a table tennis table and a multi-function exercise machine (not suitable for children).


From the first floor, an external staircase leads to a private roof terrace with the most superb views of Albufeira and the sea.


There is free wi-fi throughout the villa.


Outside, the villa has a beautiful private pool with wooden flooring around it, an outdoor shower, a charcoal barbecue and small gardens. There are sun loungers by the pool and a table with chairs for al fresco dining.


Parking is available on the street.


All bookings include a full clean on your departure.

If your booking is for 12 nights or more, then a change of sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.

If you wish, you can book a mid-stay towel change with a small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 euros per request.

We do not provide full cleaning products - only a small starter pack. It is your responsibility to buy or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each bathroom, but these are not replenished during your stay.

Villa Cecília is situated in a residential area, a short stroll from Albufeira's Old Town and also within walking distance of the Oura area. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, stunning beaches and local commerce within walking distance of the villa.
