Lamorna is a contemporary ground floor apartment with on-site parking for one car. Situated in the grounds of The Tregenna Estate a couple of minutes from the Town Centre of St Ives. An ideal base for exploring St Ives and the South West Peninsula. The perfect place to escape, relax and unwind.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen has been beautifully decorated and provides a comfortable L-shaped sofa, Smart TV., Blue-Ray DVD and Bose Bluetooth Speaker.
French doors open to the extensive grounds and gardens with communal BBQ area and picnic bench.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave and coffee machine.
The master bedroom has a super king-size bed (which can be configured as two singles).
The second bedroom also has a super king-size bed (which can also be configured as two singles).
Family bathroom features a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and WC.

Every thing was well presented and clean, the location was ideal for St Ives and Tesco's is within walking distance, the grounds of Tregana Castle Estate are lovely to walk around, we would defiantly book Lamorna again if we are visiting Cornwall.
