This holiday home in Nadrin, in the largest village in the municipality of Houffalize, is a completely renovated farmhouse with its own 3,000 m2 garden.
You can relax under the fruit trees on the deckchairs provided.
On the south-facing terrace you can enjoy the sun from early spring to late summer in a sheltered location.
On the ground floor you will find the living room with several seating areas, a semi-open, fully equipped kitchen and a separate living room with sliding doors to the terrace.
There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a guest WC.
On the first floor you will find four spacious and comfortable bedrooms.
The smallest bedroom has a bunk bed.
The two bathrooms are also located on this floor.
We have also thought about your comfort if you are travelling with small children.
There are three cots, baby and toddler toys and the garden is fully fenced.
The bars of the garden gate on the street side are also very close.
The inflatable whirlpool in the garden can be used on request and for a fee.
The cover for this is fastened with a zip fastener, again for the safety of very young guests.
Older children can play football and let off steam to their heart's content.
There is plenty of space for this.
You also have a very good WLAN connection.
The holiday home is ideal accommodation for a family holiday with children. In Nadrin, the bakery, grocery shop, pharmacy and three restaurants are all within walking distance.
Houffalize is 9 km away and is famous for its mountain bike world championships.
Houffalize is located 10 km north of Bastogne in the High Ardennes.
The area remained undiscovered for a long time, which means that nature has been completely preserved.
You can enjoy fantastic views here.
Nearby are the Nisramont dam with a beautiful lake, the Vallée des Fées (Valley of the Fairies), where La Chouffe beer is brewed, and a leisure lake.
The castle ruins in La Roche-en-Ardenne are well worth a visit.

Groot huis met mooie slaapkamers en living en grote tuin met diverse speeltuigen voor de kinderen. Mooie omgeving met schitterende wandelmogelijkheden en een blote-voetenpad in de omgeving. Zeker doen!
De bakkerij in het dorp was dicht en dan is het ver rijden voor brood en koeken. Maar dat is de prijs die je betaalt zeker in zo’n regio. 😊

Een erg mooie accomodatie met veel ruimte en comfort. Goeie bedden, alles werkte en vooral de service van de verhuurder is top. Een zeer enthousiaste man die alles uitvoerig (ook in het Nederlands) uitlegd. Wij hebben met de fietsploeg een topverblijf gehad.

Schitterend huis. Groot, veel plaats, heel proper. Grote tuin waar we spijtig genoeg, wegens slecht weer, niet van hebben kunnen genieten. Super ontvangen door de eigenaar. Elke morgen te voet naar de bakker. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen.
