Unique unobstructed panoramic mountain views of the Allgäu Alps in a quiet, secluded location, a large south-facing terrace is directly connected to the flat. There is also a rustic lounge on the same level. Surrounded by mountain meadows and forests at an altitude of around 860 m, you can relax in the cosy non-smoking holiday flat with every comfort.
Separate bedroom. Living room with satellite TV, DVD player, CD/Cassette player, radio. In the living room there is a kitchenette and a sofa that can be converted into a double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer compartment***11 litres. Bathroom with shower/WC. Sauna in the house.
In addition to large sunbathing and playing areas, barbecue area, paddling pool, table tennis, etc., your holiday home offers a wonderful starting point for a sporty (in winter the cross-country ski trail and ski bus access is right by the house) or relaxed, but in any case relaxing holiday!
The Ofterschwang and Bolsterlang cable cars offer easy access to the mountain world of the Hörner Group and of course to its famous ski areas just 1 and 3 kilometres away. A village shop with a wide range of groceries and magazines as well as several restaurants are just 1 km away. A further 5 km away is the small town of Sonthofen with other high-quality shopping facilities, the usual discounters and outlet centres. The Wonnemar fun and sports pool invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. Other pools and bathing lakes are 3 - 10 km away. Mountain railways to the Allgäu high Alps can be found in Oberstdorf and the Kl. Walsertal 10 to 15 km away.
