BEACH COTTAGE TERRACE is a spacious two-bedroom family flat on the top floor. It is located in the Carré D'Or in the city centre, just a few steps from the sea and the famous Negresco hotel. The flat has two terraces: one facing south with a pleasant view of the sea. The other is a veranda with two sliding windows that can be opened to provide a view of the hills.


The flat's decor is a blend of the classic and the rustic. The ceiling beams, cocooning area with decorative fireplace, herringbone parquet flooring and veranda terrace will immerse you in the warm atmosphere of a summer chalet.


Heating: The heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
