The apartment is located in the Aldeamento Turístico da Prainha, on the 2nd floor without a lift, situated by the sea.
It spans 35 hectares on the cliffside, with direct access to Prainha beach and Praia dos Três Irmãos.
It features small clusters of apartments and villas amidst gardens for pleasant strolls without leaving the resort, small squares, and pedestrian-only streets.

Prainha Clube Pools Two outdoor pools – one for adults and one for children – with gardens and a snack bar nearby.
M&N Pools Pool for adults and children in the M&N area, available from April to October.
Restaurants Choose from four restaurants, including the seasonal Snack Bar Piscina Atlântica and the Restaurante Bar Caniço.
Supermarket Open daily from 8 am to 8 pm for your convenience.

NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies). - A security deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival.
The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut, or advance bank transfer.
The deposit refund will be processed up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. - Please note that there is a municipal tax - Tourist Tax: Between November 1st and March 31st – EUR 1 per person, per night, not included in the total amount and payable on-site.
This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over.
The maximum charge is EUR 7 per guest.

Amounts included for electricity and water in each 30-day reservation, depending on the accommodation type: T1: Electricity - 130 kWh and Water - 6 m³.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the security deposit.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with details from a physical credit card (not virtual), and you will need to confirm the transaction in your bank's application.
