Features air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room and bedroom, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. The apartment has free parking within the complex, subject to availability. The apartment is situated in the Tourist Resort of Prainha, on a 2nd floor without an elevator, located by the sea. It spans 35 hectares on the cliffside, with direct access to Prainha Beach and Praia dos Três Irmãos. It features small clusters of apartments and villas amidst gardens for pleasant strolls without leaving the resort, small squares, and pedestrian-only streets.

Prainha Club Pools Two outdoor pools – one for adults and one for children – with gardens and a snack bar adjacent. M&N Pools Adult and children's pool in the M&N area, available from April to October. Restaurants Choose from four restaurants, including the seasonal Snack Bar Piscina Atlântica and the Restaurante Bar Caniço. Supermarket Open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM for your convenience. Everything you need for leisure and relaxation in one place! The surrounding area is quiet, close to the region's best golf courses, and only 2 km from Alvor and Praia da Rocha.
