This vacation home impresses with modern architecture and modern design. It is located in a quiet part of Istria and offers its guests maximum comfort. The interior of the villa extends through the first floor and the 1st floor, which are connected by an interior staircase. In the open living room, the modern indoor fireplace contributes to the special atmosphere.
Each room has its own bathroom and is equipped with air conditioning and a TV.
On the first floor there is an additional room with a luxurious wellness area and a bedroom with a bathroom with its own entrance. Large glass walls let a lot of light into the house, and all rooms open to terraces overlooking the pool or the greenery.
In the large and well-maintained garden, there is a 45 m² overflow pool with a sun deck and a summer kitchen where an outdoor TV provides entertainment. Last but not least, you will find a variety of playground equipment for children and opportunities for sports activities that the whole family will enjoy.

Es ist sehr ruhig und mitten in der Landschaft.
Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht ist hier richtig😃
Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht👍🏼außer in den Badezimmern und den Schlafräumen, da fehlten Haken zum aufhängen der Handtücher und Jacken!

Sehr schönes Haus, leider haben das Backrohr und die Poolbeleuchtung am ersten Tag den Dienst verweigert, wurde aber am Mittwoch erledigt.
Unmittelbar neben dem Haus waren am Abend jeden Tag ein paar Motocross Fahrer unterwegs,
was die ansonsten sehr ruhige Lage etwas gestört hat.
In Summe ein sehr schönes Haus und durchaus weiter zu entfählen.

War ein sehr schöner Urlaub, das man hier nicht am Strand bzw. Ballungszentrum ist, wertet die Anlage noch zusätzlich auf, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Anlage, diese können wir mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen
