Charming apartment in the heart of Palma
This apartment, registered as “Turismo de Interior” (Inland Tourism), is located in a landmark building in the historic center of Palma de Mallorca, next to Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. The building, which formerly housed the historic Toy Museum, was carefully renovated in 2019 to create exclusive tourist apartments full of character.
Inside, elegant contemporary design elements are combined with original details of traditional Mallorcan architecture, while also preserving some pieces from the old museum that add a unique and special touch to the space.
The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (under 14 years old). It has one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room.
Upon request, we can install a crib for an additional cost of €10/day. If you require it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The apartment is on the ground floor, ideal for convenient access and to start discovering the city. From here, you can enjoy pleasant walks through the historic center and discover the true essence of Palma: its charming streets, its architecture, and its extensive cultural and gastronomic offerings. Parking: Parking is available upon request at an additional cost, subject to availability. House Rules Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty. Please maintain order and cleanliness during your stay. Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and moving through them quietly. Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited. In case of complaints from neighbors due to noise or inappropriate behavior by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the apartment at any time, without a refund of the booking amount, and may also retain the security deposit. Booking Conditions A security deposit of €250 will be held during your stay and will be returned after your departure once the apartment has been checked.
In case of damage to the property, loss of keys, or leaving excessive trash or the apartment in an inadequate state of cleanliness, corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary. Check-in time: from 2:00 PM. Check-out time: until 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the booking. Additional Information The apartment is located in a restricted access area for residents.
If you plan to access by car, the Priority Villas agency can arrange for a circulation permit with the City Council.
