Duplex, very central in Tarragona with views of the Cathedral and the Mediterranean Sea. It is adapted for people with reduced mobility as it has private access with the lift from the portal. It is located in the heart of the tourist centre of the city.

The flat has a maximum capacity of 7 people.

There is 1 separate double bedroom, another bedroom is separated by glass door with semi-open ceiling. The third bedroom is an open attic with 3 single beds. There is a large dining room with open kitchen, two bathrooms with showers and a large living room with comfortable sofas and TV.

Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.

This is where most of the monuments declared by Unesco as World Heritage Sites are located. Tarraco is the capital of Hispania Citerior, which has left us monuments with more than 2000 years of history: walls, amphitheatre, circus, theatre, temple, etc. It is an area with a life of its own made up of small shops, bars and restaurants. Nevertheless, Tarragona is a city that has not lost the charm of a small, quiet and pleasant city.

For stays of more than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.



1. To comply with applicable citizen security regulations, this establishment requires online registration through a proprietary channel, which may request a photo of an identity document and/or a selfie of a tourist . Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be taken to prevent their alteration, loss, circulation or unauthorised access.

2. MANDATORY TRASH COLLECTION When leaving home, if open food/drinks or any other open rubbish is left, a fine of 200 euros will be charged from the security deposit.

3. Guests over 16 years of age will be charged a tourist tax of 1.10 EUR per person for a maximum of 7 days. (Law 5/2012, of 20 March, of the Parliament of Catalonia).

4. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. NO PARTIES are allowed. Damage to furniture will be deducted from the deposit.

5. The agreed security deposit (500 €) will be issued at the time of key collection by credit card and will be refunded within 7 days prior to departure if the accommodation has not been damaged)

6.Key collection: C/ Pons d'Icart 41, TARRAGONA, Tarraco Homes agency. Call 1 hour before arrival. Arrivals after 22:00 h. and Check-ins ending after 22:00 h. will have a supplement of 50€.

7. Check-in time: from 01.01 to 12.31: every day of the week from 16:00 to 20:00 h. from 20:00 to 19:00 metro. Check-out time: 10:00.

8. This option is not available for groups of young people (under 25 years old).
