The bedroom is large, with a double bed and a single bed.
In the living room there is a sofa that can become a comfortable double bed: it has a good "Memory Foam Mattress".

Bathroom with bath tub.
Small garden with table and chair for al fresco dining and relax.
Wonderful sea view! Initial sets of bedlinen and towels are provided, included in rental price.
Subsequent change or addition of bedlinen or towels upon request (surcharge, extra cost).

Set in one of most exclusive and quiet areas of Levanto, "il Giardino sul Mare" has an amazing view over the town and its gulf, until "Punta Mesco". ### IMPORTANT: please note that, as it can be seen from the pictures, this home is on a hill, above the sea level. Having a car is definitely recommended. If you come to Levanto by train, on foot you will have to walk 800 meters of an uphill road to arrive at the apartment (15 minutes). The train station is 2,2 km away. Please consider this aspect, to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive here. Walking is not recommended if you are not used to! In summer it could be too hot; at night the road is not lighted enough. ### It's a completely renovated apartment, with a large living area with kitchen and a sofa that converts into a double bed, and a very spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Bathroom with bath-tub and shower. Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, dishwasher, washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen. The external area has garden furniture, table with chairs and a little sofa, to enjoy breakfasts or dinners outdoors, with a breathtaking view of the sea. Note: the last 100 meters of the street are quite steep. One private parking is available for free for our guests, a few meters from the apartment. 1 km from the nearest beach. 1 km from the cycling path “Ciclopedonale Maremonti”. Incredible pebble beach at 1,5 km from the house, just after the first tunnel of the cycle path. 1,5 km from the main square of Levanto. 2,2 km from the train station.

Aussicht von Sitzplatz ist der Hammer, leider ab ca. 16/17Uhr keine Sonne mehr.
Ausstattung Haus naja, nur 1 Schlafzimmer (steht so korrekt in Inserat), kein Salontisch, Küche mager ausgestattet, z.B. nur 1 Weinglas usw. , Duscharmaturen, Toilettenring, Türen zu Sitzplatz, usw. in verlottertem Zustand, Haus wird nur minimalistisch gepflegt und gereinigt.

We so enjoyed this property high in the hills above Levanto. The view was amazing, and the apartment was within quick driving distance of the beach, ferry and train to the Cinque Terre. It was very lovely and very convenient. Levanto was equally charming away from the tourist crowds. A great choice!
