Our Holiday House E in detail:
You can expect an independent terraced house with 52m² of pure living space with your own front door, private terrace, small garden and your own 28m² roof terrace. Built in 2015 with high-quality materials in a modern design. Holiday House E is one of 6 terraced houses.
The quiet location on the outskirts of a small fishing village and thus the unobstructed and spectacular view of the sea and the mountains characterise the house. On both floors, the sea side is glazed right down to the floor. You can even enjoy the view from the rear bedroom through a glass wall.
Parking:
You park directly in front of your front door on the property under a sunshade.
Chilling:
Our spacious heated 15m outdoor pool is open between mid-June and mid-September depending on the weather.
You can enjoy the incomparable location on the terrace, the small garden or on the spacious roof terrace. Even on a rare rainy day, you can enjoy the spectacular view directly from the sofa through the large glass front. Very often our guests stay on the terrace all day and actually only go down to the sea to swim, as they prefer to lie on the terrace in infinite peace and quiet.
Access:
The house is about 90 metres from the rocky beach and about 300 metres from the pebble beach. Crystal clear, azure-coloured water invites you to swim at both.
The village centre is about a 7-minute walk away and offers everything you need. Restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlour, ATM, supermarket, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, etc.

Sleeping:
The first floor is divided in two by a glass wall (with complete curtain) with glass door. Behind the glass wall is the tastefully furnished bedroom with a cosy double bed, a shelf and a spacious linen cupboard with built-in safe. In front of the glass wall you will find a sofa, which can be converted into another double bed in a few simple steps. Here is also the balcony door and the stairs to the roof terrace.
On the ground floor there is another sofa, which can also be converted into a double bed in a few simple steps.
Living/dining:
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. All crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, extractor fan, ceramic hob, oven with microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, etc. are available. The meals prepared there are best enjoyed at the beautiful dining room table with a direct view of the sea and mountains through the glass front. In the rear living area on the ground floor, you can chill out on the sofa with a view of the sea, the TV or your book.
Bathrooms:
There is a beautiful bathroom on both floors, with tasteful tiles down to the floor, a spacious shower and a WC.
Outdoor area/terrace:
The terrace in the small garden awaits you with beautiful natural stone flooring and breathtaking, endless views of the sea and the mountains. Here you can either chill out on the loungers or enjoy your coffee at the table with 4 chairs or eat with the family. The rooftop is even more spectacular. Your terraced house has a full roof terrace with 2 sun loungers and an even more spectacular view of the endless expanse. The starry sky is particularly spectacular at night, with no distracting light sources as we know it from home. You'll be surprised how many more stars you can see. In front of your own front door you have a small rain-protected vestibule where you can store your bath toys, for example.
Grilling:
There is a large brick charcoal grill in front of the house, which you can use at any time. Barbecue utensils are provided. Right next to it you will find a settee under vines where you can enjoy your barbecue specialities. Of course, you can also take them to your terrace.
Leisure fun:
There is a seemingly endless list of things to do here. Swimming and snorkelling in the sea, which is just 90m from your terrace, a normal stand-up paddle and a huge stand-up paddle (for up to 6 people) for hire promise immediate fun. We can also lend you a small inflatable island to chill out on the water. The location on the edge of the village invites you to go hiking directly from your terrace, and cycling tours can also be undertaken. Jet skis, quads and rowing boats are available for hire at the other end of the village.
Surroundings/Location:
You can reach the village on foot in around 7 minutes. There you will find everything you need in the unspoilt atmosphere of a small village. Several restaurants and pizzerias, cafés and iced coffees, the typical small local supermarkets, bakery, butcher's, a pharmacy, post office and an ATM.
After your meal, you can take a stroll along the small fishing harbour with a delicious, handmade ice-cream from the ice-cream parlour or immerse yourself in the regular village festivals or simply marvel at the typical, kitschy atmosphere of a small fishing harbour at sunset.
Accessible by car:
If you still want more, you can drive to the county town of Zadar, 20 minutes away, which has a historic centre dating back to Roman times. The typical small pedestrianised streets with their lively hustle and bustle are of course not to be missed. Many smaller, very historic towns such as Nin or Pag also await visitors. In about 40 minutes you can reach the Paklenica Nature Park, where you can simply hike or watch the many climbers on the spectacular steep slopes. There are also more distant but very interesting destinations such as the city of Split, the Krk waterfalls or the Plitvice Lakes.

All towels and bed linen are provided, and for stays longer than 1 week you will also get them exchanged free of charge.
We can provide you with a washing machine (in the central laundry room) for your use. We can also wash your laundry on request. If you are missing something, we will help you at any time.
