This summer house is perfect for a family holiday!
Situated within walking distance of Playa de l' Ardiaca, the southernmost beach in Cambrils, and perfect for families with young children. The 9 km promenade (cycle/pedestrian path) from Cambrils to the neighbouring town of Salou starts right here, and in addition to the children's oasis, there is a wide range of water activities on offer for the whole family.
A house with large spaces and capacity for 7 people. It is distributed as follows
Ground floor
- Entrance hall.
- Living / Dining room with air conditioning and large windows offering direct access to the porch and pool.
- Well equipped kitchen with exit to a back patio with barbecue.
- Bathroom with shower.
First floor
- Hallway distributor with an air conditioning unit for the 3 bedrooms.
- 1 double bedroom with double bed. Large terrace.
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Can sleep 4 people.
- 1 small bedroom with bunk beds (perfect for small children)
- Bathroom with bath/shower.
Exterior
- Communal swimming pool for 3 houses (water is shared). It is divided into 3 independent areas with a physical separation (fences) and the use of each area is private for each house. Measurements 5,3m x 2,65m.
- Barbecue area.
- Well kept private garden with plenty of shade and space to play.
- Porch equipped with garden furniture.
- This house is only rented to families. We do not accept groups of young people.
- Pets accepted. See conditions.
- Optional WIFI for only 5€/day. Add it at the end of your booking.
- Tourist tax not included in the price of the accommodation.
- Online registration is required at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' details required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee delivery of the keys. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information in this regard.
- Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou

Rustige buurt, mooi zwembad( enkel verlicht tijdens de aankomst, en daarna niet meer, spijtig !) en het weer ook natuurlijk
Wifi ontvangst was niet optimaal (afhankelijk van het weer), door werken in de buurt 5 dagen enkele uren zonder water gezeten, niet handig als je niet verwittigd wordt !! En zonder verwittiging, stond de buur (vermoedelijk de eigenaar) in de tuin met een tweede persoon, om het zwembad te reinigen, kon ik niet erg appreciëren, qua privacy 0/100

La cercanía a la playa y la tranquilidad
Que los vecinos de la propiedad, entran en tu zona sin avisar, cuando llegamos 1 día, nos encontramos en nuestro jardín al vecino de aldo, sin avisarnos que iban a estar alli
