La demande de facturation pour venir chercher la cafetière sans la remplacer,la clef qu il fallait allonger, aucune explication en français que de l' anglais !!!!

In jeden Raum hat es geschimmelt, Löcher in den Boden die notdürftig mit Teppichen abgedeckt wurden, das vermeintlich saubere Geschirr aus dem Schrank musste ich erstmal abwaschen, Ausstattung in der Küche nicht gut und auch keine Gewürze vorhanden sowas kenne ich sonst nicht.
