The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering a splendid contemporary house for rent, situated in a quiet area in the centre of Bordeaux.
It has a floor area of 75 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests.
It features two large bedrooms.
You can enjoy a large, secluded garden as well as a private parking space.
Whether you’re spending a few days or a few weeks in Bordeaux, for business or on holiday or for a weekend break, don’t miss the chance to stay in this unique property! Bed linen and towels of 4* hotel standard are provided, along with bath mats and tea towels.
Your bed will be made upon arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - Sitting area with sofa and television - Dining area with table and chairs - Fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher… - Bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200), en-suite bathroom with shower - Toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 2 (air-conditioned) with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a bath, toilet and access to a terrace Outside: - Garden, terrace with outdoor furniture The flat is ideally situated in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... When staying at La dépendance, you’re in the centre of Bordeaux, a 5-minute walk from Tram Line A (Hôtel de Police stop), and just 4 stops from Place Pey Berland with its famous cathedral.
On foot, you’re 1 km from Rue Sainte-Catherine, Europe’s longest pedestrianised street, and 1.5 km from Bordeaux’s historic quarter with all its restaurants and bars. Property is as advertised. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. Nice verandas and outdoor space. Spiral staircase might be difficult for older or very young folks. We had a wonderful visit in Bordeaux. The apartment was lovely. The host was exceptional. Their communication was excellent. They made several recommendations that we took and enjoyed each one. I would definitely stay here again and rent through them again!!
