- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and mirror
- Bathroom with antique bath, basin and mirror
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.
The flat is ideally located in Bordeaux, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Neighbourhood :
On the banks of the Garonne, Marked by its wine trade and then enriched by its maritime exchanges, its streets bring together the sumptuous residences of former merchants with wine warehouses. A village within the city, just like the suburb it once formed, this Mecca for antique dealers and merchants is a condensed history of Bordeaux.
Today, the merchants are still in Les Chartrons (after a short break in the 20th century). They have been joined in the narrow streets by the antique dealers. Rue Notre Dame, which stretches for 700 metres, is home to around forty of them. An emblematic street in the district, it has seen art galleries and interior design shops flourish over the years. These small shops, which make it a ‘bobo’ district, do not contradict its history. A history that is still dear to the hearts of its residents. Many of them consider themselves Chartronnais long before they were Bordelais!
Getting around:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby pay car park.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure. An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
- In order to comply with legislation, all bookings of more than 30 nights will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease). To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents). Le Joyau Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux, bien décoré, bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé dans un quartier agréable, à proximité de deux lignes de tram. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

Le Joyau ideal location, right outside a tram stop. Lovely pubs and wine bars within 10-20 minute walk. I would have preferred black out curtains in the bedroom as the shutters outside were old and rusty. It was a bit dusty in places however overall fantastic, quirky property! The host was very responsive also which is always great. Would 100% recommend
