Trendy, comfortable 26 m2 duplex apartment for up to 3 people. On the 3rd floor (no lift) of a building near Place Graslin, you can't help but be seduced by this very comfortable cocoon, refurbished (August 2019) and fully equipped. This duplex is ideal for 2 people (or 2 adults and 1 child, for example).
Accommodation:
1st level (living area):
- A living room with a top-of-the-range, very comfortable convertible sofa (140 cm * 190 cm), an armchair, a Thomson flat-screen TV connected to a Livebox (high-speed wifi). For your comfort, the living room is equipped with shutters.
- Dining area: bar table and chairs.
- A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchenette including: crockery (plates, wine glasses, carafe, etc.), kitchen utensils (frying pans, salad bowls, oven dishes, etc.) and numerous high-quality appliances (ceramic hob, refrigerator, washing machine, pod coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, etc.).
2nd level (upstairs):
- A pretty, cosy sleeping area with a comfortable double bed
- A work area with a desk and dressing table
- A shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet).
You'll also find a hairdryer and ironing equipment (iron and ironing board) at your disposal.

This beautiful, recently refurbished duplex boasts an exceptional location in downtown Nantes: 500 meters from Place Graslin and Cours Cambronne, 400 meters from the Loire and Pont Anne-de-Bretagne with direct access to the Machines de l'Ile and the banks of the Loire, 250 meters from the Musée Dobrée...
You'll be staying in a soothing, calm environment, yet within walking distance of the city of Nantes' finest points of interest.
Transportation :
For parking, spaces are available in the adjacent streets (paying).

Le Trendy is managed by Agence Cocoonr de Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You'll be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided, and the bed is made on your arrival.

Le Trendy À dix minutes de île des machines, pourrais être un peu chauds en été (dernière étage) et avec les toilettes au deuxième niveau à coté du lit peut être un peu trop intime pour une groupe des gens qui se connaissent pas trop. Si ça vous n’embête pas, je recommande très fortement
