The housing
Very well equipped, this duplex apartment is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by a staircase. In the heart of the Chartrons district, you will enjoy all the comforts of home for an unforgettable stay. A few steps from the Place des Chartrons, all the shops and at the foot of the tramway, it offers you the following services:

On the first level:
- A beautiful living room with a flat screen TV, sofa and dining table.
- A kitchen, open to the living room, with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes: fridge-freezer, induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils.
- A bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room.
- A bathroom with shower, sink, hairdryer
- A toilet

On the second level:
- A mezzanine with a double bed
- A living room with television and DVD player with a sofa bed

For your comfort, you will also have at your disposal a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and its table.

Quality sheets, towels and tea towels as well as some coffee capsules are provided and your bed is made upon your arrival.

Naturally, Wifi is accessible and free of charge!

Located in the Chartrons district, l'Etoilé is located a stone's throw from the Place du Marché des Chartrons, rue Notre Dame known for its antique dealers, the quays are 3 minutes away by foot. The parking lot of the World City is 50 meters away.
The hyper-centre of Bordeaux, rue Sainte Catherine and the Grand Théâtre are just a 5-minute walk away.
Many shops, mini-markets, restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

Public transport: At the foot of the apartment
Tram C (stop "Place Paul Doumer") takes you directly to the station in 15 min

Car:
A car park is located under the World City and is accessible from the quays.

Self-service bicycle hire:
Vcub station at 20m 1,60 € for 24 h.

- Charges are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
