At the front of the property, there is a spacious shaded terrace equipped with dining furniture, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals.
Additionally, the villa features extra covered terraces on the sides and at the rear, providing various spaces protected from the Mallorcan sun throughout the day.
The garden, surrounded by hedges, creates an intimate and pleasant environment for relaxing by the pool or resting in the shade.
Inside, the villa showcases traditional Mallorcan style, with pine furniture, beamed ceilings, and tiled floors, offering an authentic and warm feel.
The air conditioning system ensures comfort during the hottest afternoons and evenings, with scheduled operation from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, while the built-in outdoor barbecue offers an excellent alternative for al fresco dining.
Important Information In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the property, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected at the office.
On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.
All guests must be registered before arrival, in accordance with current regulations in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021) and Greece (Law 4446/2016).
A link for online check-in will be sent shortly before your arrival date to complete the registration.

El propietario entró un par de días sin avisar a revisar la piscina y el jardín, no pasa nada, pero debería avisar antes de entrar de golpe.Alguna cosilla de limpieza y los horarios de los aires acondicionados, podrían ser mas extensos.Todo lo demás bien!
