Directly by the sea, this cosy and comfortable house overlooks the Gulf of Biodola, just a few steps from Scaglieri beach. It is located on the northern side of Elba, a few kilometres from Portoferraio, in the centre of a small hamlet of characteristic pastel-coloured houses criss-crossed by lanes that, as if by magic, after a turn, lead to the rocks of a sheltered cove.
From the large terrace, overlooking the sea, you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets, watching the sun dip between Elba and the island of Capraia.
When you enter the house, you will find yourself in the tastefully furnished living/dining room, adorned with objects that reveal the owners' taste. In addition to the dining table, here you will also find a large sofa and a television with a decoder (for all those who can't do without their SKY card!).
The living room opens onto the terrace where you can enjoy your meals outdoors thanks to the large table shaded by a pergola. The terrace then continues to the left where there are sun loungers to relax and sunbathe in total relaxation while enjoying the wonderful view.
Two of the bedrooms and a room with a shower (with hot water) and a washing machine overlook the terrace.
Back inside, the living room leads to a small corridor. To the left is the fully equipped kitchen with a convenient pass-through which connects it to the dining room.
Then we move on to the sleeping area: two bedrooms, furnished with a double bed and facing the terrace, and a third bedroom with a single bed.
Of the two bathrooms, the first has a large shower, while the second has just the facilities (toilet, washbasin, bidet).
The house is also equipped with a heating system (which is quite rare in these areas) and can therefore be rented out all year round, which makes it attractive to all those who like to enjoy the sea and the beaches during the less hot periods crowded with tourists.
On the beach at Scaglieri (50 metres away) guests can find everything they need for a successful holiday: restaurants, bars, mini-market, bazaar, boat hire, umbrella and sunbed hire ...
The flat is ideal for a family (... or even two families) or a group of friends looking for a flat close to a beautiful beach, with a terrace for the summer always outdoors. The location of the flat is also ideal for discovering all the other beautiful beaches on the island of Elba and all the natural wonders the island has to offer within a few minutes' drive.
