There is also an outdoor dining area with a built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals in a tranquil, natural setting. An external staircase leads to the terrace at the top of the villa, where you can enjoy 360-degree panoramic views and memorable sunsets. Villa Sunshine is located in a quiet rural area, close to Armação de Pêra, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, shops, and various leisure options, offering the perfect balance between peace and convenience. To fully explore the beautiful beaches, picturesque villages, and other attractions of the region, we recommend renting a car. If you wish, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if necessary. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before making a booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, food baskets can be booked (at an additional cost) in advance. Group deposit: €200 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival. Please note that the maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests (4+2). In accordance with current legislation, tourism taxes may apply.

This villa had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional for preparing meals. The bedrooms are comfortable, and having both a bath and a shower was very convenient. The atmosphere is very welcoming and bright.
