Immersed in the Itria Valley, a 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Ostuni, Dimora Mediterranea boasts two large furnished verandas and splendid outdoor spaces with a swimming pool for exclusive use and sea views. Despite being in the village, this gem is surrounded by greenery and offers enviable privacy.


Elegantly furnished, the dwelling is characterised by the whiteness of the walls and decorations that recall the typical colours of Ostuni. The entrance opens onto a cosy living room with sofa, niches and refined furnishings, connected directly to a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area.

The sleeping area comprises two double bedrooms on the ground floor, while a mezzanine reached by the stairs from the living room houses a comfortable single sofa bed and has a private bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower completes the layout.

*The swimming pool is open seasonally from 1 May to 30 October.

Dimora Mediterranea is located in the pearl of the Itria Valley, Ostuni, known to the world as the White City. Its historic centre, blindingly white and immense, culminates in the Cathedral that impetuously dominates the plain of olive trees, the coastal dune park and a crystal-clear sea. Its alleyways, the Piazza della Libertà and the column of S. Oronzo that majestically protects the town are characteristic.

Its countryside extends into the heart of the Valle d'Itria. A few kilometres away is Ceglie Messapica, a centre of tradition and enogastronomy, Cisternino, a village recognised as one of the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a world heritage site since 1996. About 30 km to the north we find the Egnazia Archaeological Park, Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic centre and beautiful beaches. To the north (80 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the East, while moving south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi and finally Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westwards there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally Matera, characteristic for its Sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.


The nearest airports are Brindisi (36 km) and Bari (103 km) while the station is only 4 km away.
