It is located in front of the beach, with frontal sea views.
With Plasma TV and free internet connection (WIFI) so that you can be entertained at all times, it has centralised AIR CONDITIONING/ HEATING, by ducts, throughout the flat.
In addition, there are rooms with quiet ceiling fans.
It is on the first floor.
Gandia beach has blue flags that guarantee the quality of its waters and beach services all year round.
If you wish to enjoy water sports in the sea, in the summer season there is a multi-sport water sports school just a few metres from the flat. At the school you can enjoy windsurfing, catamaran, kayaking, paddle surfing, etc.
You can also learn the sport of sailing at the Gandia Sailing Club in the yacht club area of Gandia beach.
But if running is your thing, Gandia beach has a completely renovated path for runners and bicycles (if you don't have a bicycle, Gandia beach has a municipal service at your disposal). Or you can also opt for a rewarding walk along the shore of the beach, you have 3 km of beach from the flat to the beach of Xeraco and 3Km from the flat to the yacht club.
