Loft Casa del Mar is one of our best flats and is located in what according to many is the best urbanization of the entire beach of Gandia.
As a presentation we can say that it is a 190m2 house completely renovated by a decorator who was clear that we had to make two areas in the house, a day area facing the sea, where everyone could live together, so he designed the kitchenette attached to the living room with the concept "open space" and another night area, rest, in the back.
There are also separate areas with a panel in which the rooms are not distinguished so that they are visually separate rooms.
There are 3 large suites with their own bathroom.
There is a guest toilet for visitors that is accessed from the living room.
Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Large capacity American fridge.
