Wonderful holiday studio with sea views in Praia da Rocha, fully furnished and equipped.
Less than a minute from the beach, whether you believe it or not, you only need to leave the building and you will be at the access to the beach!
Property comprises: entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, double bed, sofa bed and bathroom, with air conditioning (cold and hot) and WI-FI Internet (HIGH SPEED FIBRE) and TV (SMART TV) in the living room (Portuguese MEO system).
You can enjoy this marvellous sea view from the accommodation's balcony, taking advantage of the table and chairs to enjoy the moment and relax.
The accommodation has a private parking space (outdoors) next to the building.
It is FORBIDDEN for outside service providers of any kind to enter the local accommodation.
PLEASE NOTE: Only 3 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).
- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST FEE
In accordance with municipal legislation applicable since 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay cash on check-in
- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night.
- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.
Obs:
- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over, as well as those who have proof of travelling to the municipality for health reasons or a disability of 60% or more.
- Water and electricity consumption costs are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use.
Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests with NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Electricity and water included in each 30-day booking, depending on the type of accommodation

If the surplus is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the deposit.

The view from the balcony, and the whole apartment by the way, is exactly like in the picture. Steps from beach and grocery store are big pluses. It was just perfect for a 2-person stay. Wi-Fi was strong and washing machine worked well. Appreciated the prompt refund of the safety deposit and the warm welcome from office staff.
