Wonderful holiday studio with sea view of Praia da Rocha, fully furnished and equipped.
Less than a minute from the beach, believe it or not, you just need to leave the building and you'll be at the beach access! Property comprises: entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, double bed, sofa bed and bathroom, with air conditioning (hot and cold) and WI-FI Internet (HIGH-SPEED FIBER) and TV (SMART TV) in the living room (Portuguese MEO system).
You can enjoy this wonderful sea view from the accommodation's balcony, making use of the table and chairs to savor the moment and relax.
The accommodation includes a private parking space (outdoor) next to the building.
The entry of any type of external service providers into the local accommodation is PROHIBITED.
NOTE: Only 3 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).
A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival.
The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut, or advance bank transfer.
The security deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: According to applicable municipal legislation since March 14, 2024, for all reservations, guests must pay in cash upon check-in: - In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night. - In low season (1/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.
Note: - The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is only charged to guests aged 13 years or older, as well as those with proof of travel to the municipality for health reasons or disability of 60% or more. - Water and electricity consumption expenses are included within normal parameters of conscious use.
Meter readings are taken at entry and exit to determine consumption for the relevant booking period (if different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption exceeding the included amount will have that excess settled by the guests to NURIS2U the day before departure, in cash.
Included amounts for electricity and water in each 30-day reservation, depending on the accommodation type: T0: Electricity - 100 Kwhs and Water - 4 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the security deposit.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application.
Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay, or others) are not accepted.

The view from the balcony, and the whole apartment by the way, is exactly like in the picture. Steps from beach and grocery store are big pluses. It was just perfect for a 2-person stay. Wi-Fi was strong and washing machine worked well. Appreciated the prompt refund of the safety deposit and the warm welcome from office staff.

Great sea and beech views. Very clean & tidy with thanks to their great cleaning staff/team.
Stayed here last summer and had to book this again.
