The location and the pool.
The amenitites were very poor. No instructions for the microwave and very difficult to use. The same with the hob.
No cleaning utensils or detergents, so not adequate for long-term rental. No basic foodstuff that I've had in other rentals. Television did not work properly even after several visits by the engineer.
