The Little Guesthouse captivates with its idyllic and quiet location on the right bank of the Salzach River.
With a view of the fortress, it's just a 15-minute stroll along the Salzach to the old town. Enjoy the tranquility and cozy ambiance of the guest rooms or linger in the romantic garden under a shady tree.
In the morning, you'll be treated to a lovingly prepared breakfast.
Tea, coffee, cold drinks, or a good glass of wine are available for guests at any time in the comfortable communal kitchen. The charming, period-style guesthouse features 11 rooms spread across three floors (no elevator). All rooms are individually and lovingly designed according to color themes. A personally managed house with heart & charm! Included in our room rates: Breakfast – served in the garden when the weather is nice Free Wi-Fi in all areas Parking in the hotel parking lot Tea & coffee throughout the day Room cleaning Rental bicycles (subject to availability) Dog: €20.00 per night per pet. Check-in: Please note that our house is not continuously staffed, so we kindly ask you to inform us of your ESTIMATED ARRIVAL TIME. Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
A 5-day cancellation period applies during the festival season and Advent on Fridays/Saturdays. By car: Take the Salzburg-Süd motorway exit / towards Anif, Alpenstraße to Park+Ride, turn right towards Elsbethen until you reach the roundabout, then turn left onto Aigner Straße heading into the city.
After approximately 3.5 km (before the Turmöl gas station), turn left onto Rennbahnstrasse, go to the corner of Danreitergasse, and turn right into the parking lot. By train: From the main train station, take line 3, 5, or 6 towards the center to Mozartsteg, then change to line 7 to Rennbahnstrasse station.
Turn into Rennbahnstrasse at the Turmöl gas station and walk to the corner of Danreitergasse, where the guesthouse is located (travel time approx. 15-20 minutes + 5 minutes walk). Or by taxi: the ride costs approx. €13.00 and takes approx. 15 minutes (depending on traffic).

Wonderful and special in every way - hosts & staff all made us feel welcomed. We would recommend the Little Guest House to anyone considering a stay that is close to town / easy walk - bikes provided too ! We loved our suite and if we have an opportunity to come back we will stay here again !
