Welcome to our beachfront villa in San Pedro de Alcántara, on the Costa del Sol. This 350 m² property accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 en-suite bedrooms, spread over 3 floors with stunning sea views.
The highlight of the property is the outdoor space: a heated swimming pool with safety fencing, perfect for families with young children, surrounded by a garden with sunbeds, grass, and an outdoor grill ideal for long evenings under the Marbella sun. Multiple terraces offer relaxing areas for the whole group.
The villa offers direct private access to a natural, pebbly beach, ideal for a morning swim.
A beach club with sun loungers and a restaurant is just a 5-minute walk away.
The main promenade of San Pedro de Alcántara, with restaurants, shops, and cafés, is around 15 minutes on foot. Inside, each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer-dryer.
Towels are provided and private parking is available on site. Your host is highly responsive and happy to recommend local services, including a private chef for special occasions.

It’s a great location. We really liked San Pedro and the host was very helpful and informative.
The house maybe needs a little updating but it’s still very good.

Just off the beach, a private home with space for everyone. We had a group ages 20-80 years old and everyone has their own room and bathroom, We loved the backyard, outdoor grill and all the terraces. Our host and caretaker were super responsive and made the stay very easy.

Das Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung und war sehr sauber. Ein paar Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein kleine Auffrischung würde guttun.
