Set near the owners’ lovely old farmhouse, they share 4 acres of secluded gardens and an all weather tennis court.
Saxtead Green’s famous 18th century post mill (EH) is 1 mile, Framlingham – an attractive market town with a castle and mere – is 2 miles, Southwold with its glorious beach, Aldeburgh and the lovely town of Woodbridge with its pretty harbour are all an easy drive.
Fishing, riding and golf are all under 10 miles.
Shop and pubs 1 mile.
The Stables (ref E3491) and The Granary (ref E3669) can be booked together to accommodate up to 11 guests..

Lovely and relaxing place. Stunning views of the sunrise across the lake and the sunset behind the church...ideal location for cycling, playing tennis, walking or just having a meal at the Dennington Queen.

Delightful cosy cottage in extensive and wonderfully maintained grounds. Charming hosts - very friendly but never intrusive. Many of our favourite Suffolk places within easy reach.

A warm and comfortable cottage in a beautiful setting. The grounds and surrounding countryside should have perfect for exploring with the dog. And it was great to have Framlingham on the doorstep. However we had to leave 4 days early as my dog was absolutely terrified of the farmer's gas guns going ...
