What a beautiful situation, I would definitely return! The shop round the corner sells everything you would need & wonderful Cornish pasties. Beautiful long dog walks along the riverside. Everyone is warm friendly, chatty & helpful. Lovely. Cottage is well equipped & comfortable. Just wish I’d booked a 2nd week!

The cottage is great, but the oven needs replacing as soon as possible, not usable, oven older than cottage.This was the only thing that disappointed me, but was major, oven was not usable so unable to cook meals.

Everything! the peaceful location with friendly people only to happy to help. The ship inn was great and the little local shop was handy if you needed essentials. Also the beautiful walks all make it a wonderful relaxing break. Would recommend this to anyone and would definitely return.
Nothing that we didn't enjoy about this break even our pug that stresses when she is away was totally relaxed.
