🌃 In the heart of the Contades district, you will have the opportunity to explore the Neustadt on foot. Built to make Strasbourg a showcase for Prussian power, the Neustadt stands out for its grandiose squares and wide, airy tree-lined avenues, as well as for its successful combination of monumentality and a keen sense of landscape. It is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This astonishing post-Haussmann district displays a number of architectural extravagances, joyously blending Italian neo-Renaissance, neo-Gothic and Art Nouveau. Following the destruction of the Second World War, it remains one of the last remaining testimonies to late 19th-century German architecture.

🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 extra cleaning charge.


⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.


🧹Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes a change of bed linen and general cleaning of the flat and bathrooms.


🧹 However, you are responsible for cleaning and tidying up the dishes, taking out the rubbish, emptying the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance and do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee


📝 After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide proof of identity via the Yaago platform, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during your stay does not match that of the booking, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
