This bright flat, located on the ground floor, opens onto a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV, dining table and fully equipped open kitchen, also equipped with oven and dishwasher.

The sleeping area features a bedroom with double bed, bedside tables with reading lamp and a wardrobe. The flat is completed by a bathroom with shower.

Externally, it boasts a 16-square-metre private patio equipped with table and chairs for dining al fresco, accessible from both the living room and the bedroom.

All comforts such as private parking, free Wi-Fi, washing machine in the basement of the building, air conditioning and heating are available to guests.

Desenzano del Garda is a pretty village on the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia.

In Desenzano you can rediscover ancient Roman ruins of the Roman Villa, visit the 10th century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbour and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the view. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports enthusiasts who can enjoy wind-surfing, mountain-biking and sailing.

This town is also an excellent starting point for visiting the Lower Garda area, which offers many enchanting corners, starting with nearby Sirmione, surely the most prestigious resort on the entire lake, then moving on to Salò, with its brand-new promenade, and continuing on to Maderno and Gardone Riviera.

The Desenzano train station is a 15-minute walk away, Verona airport is about 35 km away and Milan-Malpensa airport about 160 km.
