Modern three-room flat with lake view within the Miralago Residence with shared infinity pool and garden, just a few metres from the historic centre of Desenzano del Garda and with direct access to the promenade and the public beach.


This elegant flat, located on the basement floor, opens onto a living area furnished with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and fully equipped open kitchen, also with oven and dishwasher. The room is enriched by a decorative masonry fireplace.

The sleeping area features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with twin beds. The flat is completed by a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Externally, it boasts a splendid and spacious lakefront terrace overlooking the promenade, accessible both from the bedroom and from the living room, equipped with table and chairs where you can fully enjoy all the colours of Lake Garda. Guests have at their disposal comforts such as private garage, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating.

Desenzano del Garda is a pretty village on the southern shore of the lake in the province of Brescia. In Desenzano you can rediscover ancient Roman ruins of the Roman Villa, visit the 10th century castle, stroll along the romantic old harbour and stop for an aperitif, or go to the beach in search of relaxation: the shores offer four beaches where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the view. Desenzano is also the perfect destination for sports enthusiasts who can enjoy wind-surfing, mountain-biking and sailing. This town is also an excellent starting point for visiting the Lower Garda area, which offers many enchanting spots, starting with nearby Sirmione, surely the most prestigious resort on the entire lake, then moving on to Salò, with its brand new promenade, and continuing on to Maderno and Gardone Riviera.


The Desenzano train station is a 15-minute walk away, Verona airport is about 35 km away and Milan-Malpensa airport about 160 km.
